ALL of our deliveries are processed via parcleforce. You would have received a parcleforce email or text with dedicated order numbers – you will need these as a reference point.

RETURN AN ITEM

If you would like to return an item thats OK… its not a problem! If you have been sent the wrong item by us or a damaged item then we will refund or resend you a new one for sure… However if you have ordered it incorrectly, made a mistake or no longer need the item we will still take it back no stress but, we will ask that you pay the delivery charge. Please make sure that the item is returned in the correct original packaging and isn’t damaged or altered in any way. If you placed your order more than 30 days prior or the original packaging is damaged then we will look to charge a 25% fee for this service. We will then process your refund for you (terms apply). Please make sure  the item is returned in the correct original packaging and isn’t damaged.
