Firebombed Chevy Truck...

Too Hot To Handle!

1957 Chevy Pick Up – V8 on Air…

So here we go, this one will be a good one to do.. We started off with a nice clean 1957 chevy truck. Standard engine, ride, interior and all in a base spec. The history of this truck was well maintained however boring, it had nothing to show for its lifetimes work… The vehicle originated from Arizona, California and was used by a local firm doing hauling for Harley parts however since then came to the UK and has had a few owners here. I believe the truck once had some hand painting on but thankfully has since then had that removed it had some repairs around the vehicle but nothing un expected.

When we bought the vehicle we knew what we wanted to do… firebomb it… slam it… make it loud! So operation strip down has occurred… Engine out, interior out, wiring out… lets see what we are working with… Apart from some dodgy historic repairs which we have now put good this was a nice solid truck… Well worth the efforts! So we bear chassis striped down – cut off the brackets that we no longer required, stripped the paint off… Ready to start again…
